COMPANY POLICY

Keeping your private personal information is important to us on not only our ATA website, but all websites in the ATA family (ATA Sites). Our privacy policy is designed to safeguard and protect your confidentiality. The information we gather and how it is used is discussed here. We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update or modify our privacy policy simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the ATA Sites. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the ATA Sites.

Access to your personal information is strictly limited to those employees who require the information in order to provide you with necessary products and services. This information may include, but is not limited to, site analytics such as the Internet domain (for example, “companys.com” if you use a private Internet access account), Public IP address (an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web) from which ATA sites have been accessed, along with the access date and time and the pages visited.

Any personally identifiable information sent in an electronic mail (email) message, sent for example to make an inquiry, will be used to address your inquiry. Be advised that email may not be secure against interception or other disclosure, and including information such as your bank account, credit card, or social security numbers is strongly discouraged.
